FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processes of applying different-viscosity fluids jointly with loose materials and may be used in construction, machine building, etc, for application of protective and heat-insulation coats on various surfaces. Two coaxial branch pipes of fluid binder and fluidised microsphere feed channels are introduced into confuser rarefaction zone to produce fine binder flow and solid flow of microspheres by low-pressure ejecting air. Further, binder flow is mixed with solid flow outside of the nozzle to produce soft cone of sprayed coat components.
EFFECT: simultaneous spraying of liquid binder and loose filler.
