FIELD: mechanical engineering; processing fibrous materials on base of high-molecular binder; various industries for manufacture of profile articles. SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes bobbin holder, impregnating bath, squeezing-out unit, molding unit with working spinneret, heating units and pulling mechanism. Impregnating bath is provided with heater, electrodes and guide spinnerets. Electrodes are made in form of cylindrical segments with grooves. Guide spinnerets are mounted between electrodes. Heat-removing elements are mounted between guide spinnerets. Squeezing-out unit is made in form of spinneret with independent heating element. Working spinneret is made in form of passage with form-shaping plates located in discrete. EFFECT: enhanced dimensional accuracy; improved quality of surface; improved physicomechanical characteristics; enhanced operational efficiency due to avoidance of choking of spinnerets with binder. 3 cl, 4 dwg
