FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: production lines for continuous manufacturing of reinforcement elements made of polymeric composite materials for reinforcement of conventional and prestressed building structures. The production line for the manufacture of composite reinforcements includes successively mounted creel, a levelling device in the form of a comb, an annealing chamber, an impregnating bath with a tensioning device, a squeezing device, a matrix unit with a longitudinal channel, a polymerisation chamber, a pulling device and units for cutting and coiling. The line is equipped with a calibrating bushing, which is made with the possibility of forced rotation in direction opposite to direction of winding head rotation and installed coaxially to the winding head so that t<D_input, D_input=N^1/2×D_in, where t is axial distance between the winding plane of the winding rope and the outlet end of the calibrating bushing; D_input - calibrating diameter of the bushing; N is the number of longitudinal channels of the matrix; D_in - is calibrating diameter of longitudinal channels of matrix.

EFFECT: improvement of composite reinforcement quality due to reduction of air inclusions.
