FIELD: retrieving of vehicles from dangerous zones with crews inside the vehicles. SUBSTANCE: peculiarity of proposed method is interaction of free end of flexible wire rope of prime mover with latch of towing rope at its displacement into mouth of vehicle towing hook. Latch is turned by shifting end of wire rope along outer surface of latch at maneuvering of prime mover and control of wire rope from prime mover. Latch is returned into initial position owing to interaction of catch flexible member with vehicle body. For this purpose outer surface of latch is made with rise from vehicle body towards mouth, and flexible member of latch is arranged between its axle of rotation and body with possibility of pressing latch lower part to vehicle body. Axle stop is installed inside bracket. EFFECT: reduced time taken for coupling, increased reliability of coupling and service life of wire rope. 3 cl, 3 dwg
