FIELD: chemistry of polymers. SUBSTANCE: described is composition based on crystalline propylene copolymer comprising propylene-ethylene copolymer and C₄-C₈ alpha- olefin. Propylene-ethylene copolymer is copolymer containing 1-5 wt % of ethylene, and propylene-ethylene and C₄-C₈-alpha-olefin is copolymer containing 1.5 wt % of ethylene and 6-15 wt % of C₄-C₈-alpha-olefin, ratio of components being as follows, wt %: propylene-ethylene copolymer, 20-60; propylene-ethylene copolymer and C₄-C₈- alpha-olefin, 40-80, general content of ethylene in composition being 1-5 wt % and C₄-C₈-alpha-olefin being 2.4-12.0 wt %.
