FIELD: packings in food and medical industries. SUBSTANCE: high transparency, rigidity and impact resistance are attained by addition to composition of linear low-density polyethylene (DLDPN), low-density polyethylene (LDPN) or high-density polyethylene (HDPN) with PRT for at least 0.5 g/10 min. Composition comprises (parts): (1) 25-95 statistical crystalline propylene copolymer; (2) 2-20 elastomer ethylene copolymer and 3-55 said polyethylene. Ratio of density (1) to average value of densities (2) and (3) varies from 3-98 to 1.015. Total content of 2 and 3 varies from 5 to 75 parts per 100 parts of composition.
