FIELD: chemical and thermal treatment of pipes. SUBSTANCE: process of chemical and thermal treatment of internal surfaces of pipes consists in placement of pipe into bath with melt of cyanates preheated to 200-250 C by means of external source and in keeping it under high-temperature tampering with constant blow-through of melt with oxidizing gas and circulation of melt through space of pipe. Gear for implementation of process has electric muffle furnace and two furnaces-baths to melt cyanates mounted on rocking platform for interconnection by system of communicating vessels with the aid of treated pipe. EFFECT: decreased usage of metal and electric energy, improved uniformity of treatment of pipe over its length with carbonization of internal surface. 2 cl, 1 dwg
