FIELD: coal industry. SUBSTANCE: two series of holes arranged crosswise are driven from mine heading to ground of coal-bearing thickness and are sealed. In correspondence with invention energy-releasing system with initiator of thermal disintegration and liquid plug are injected in turn in holes of first series before start of unloading of coal-bearing thickness, energy-releasing system is pumped into cracks of coal-bearing thickness, pressure not less than 12.0 MPa is created in holes and energy- releasing system is initiate. After this treated holes are linked to outgassing pipe-line. Then holes of second series also connected to outgassing pipe-line are drilled in zone of coal-bearing thickness behind breakage face after treatment of it with holes of first series.
