FIELD: mechanical engineering; jet engines; thrust reversers. SUBSTANCE: proposed system and lock are designed for locking thrust reverser synchronization shaft. Lock system has synchrolock control valve and two hydraulic synchrolocks secured on thrust reverser synchronization shafts of jet engines. Thrust reverser system has shutoff valve, distributing valve, large number of drives, and synchronization shafts. Synchrolocks are made for pushing thrust reverser into operating position. Synchrolocks remain in closed position until independent control signal from pilot cabin is received making control valve of synchrolocks open the synchrolocks providing correspondence of opening of synchrolocks to actual signal for selection of reverse thrust. Each synchrolock has housing, device for connection with synchronization shaft, and rotary cam for engagement with one of synchronization shafts, sliding cam, release pawl, locking spring and manual release mechanism. Normally, locking spring brings teeth of sliding cam in meshing with teeth of rotary cam. Hydraulic pressure moves sliding cam away from rotary cam for opening synchrolock. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of system and lock. 3 cl, 5 dwg
