Device for oral cavity hygiene contains head, which has immovable component and movable component, immovable component being made with possibility of travel between the first fixed space position and the second fixed space position, the first area of bristles, protruding from immovable component, the second area of bristles, protruding from movable component. Movable component being in the first fixed position, is located in the first plane, and being in the second fixed spatial position, is located in the second plane. The second plane is located below the first plane, at the distance from 0 mm to 2 mm from the first surface. Also claimed is tooth brush construction and method of providing multiple cleaning operations with single tooth brush.
