FIELD: small arms. SUBSTANCE: bipod has a body, swivel, folding telescopic supports consisting of supports and extensible bends with fixing members. The bipod is provided with a bar installed on the base and engageable with the barrel in the combat position of the bipod. The bar is made in the form of a plate bent spring and pressed to the barrel through an adjusting screw, whose head engageable with the bar, is made spherical with a radius equal to the distance between the bar and swivel axle. The bipod is fastened on the weapon by means of a rotary letch fixed by a cotter pin. The telescopic supports in the extended position are fixed by means of bends and a cross-piece on the support engageable with the detents and plate bent spring on the bend.
