FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has active and passive electrodes settable on biological tissue surface. Current-to-voltage converter, electric pulses polarity selector unit and millivoltmeter are connected in series. The device also has power supply source, autogenerator unit having electronic switch for changing polarity of its output signal. Indifferent electrode is closed in one position through low ohmic resistance input of the current-to-voltage converter with the active electrode. Outputs of the electric power supply source and current-to-voltage converter are connected with the indifferent and active electrodes, respectively. The electronic switch is connected in the other position to the electric power supply source through electric current converter unit. One input of the electric signal multiplier is connected to passive electrode, the second input is connected to the electric current converter of action and its output is connected to one of the inputs of comparator unit which second input is connected to electric power setter unit, its output being connected to mismatch amplifier. The mismatch amplifier output is connected to electric power supply source unit output. Electric signal multiplier, comparator unit and mismatch amplifier form circuit with negative feedback.
