FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has active and neutral electrodes mountable on acupuncture point or skin zone, power supply source with small internal resistance, device for measuring electric current having current-voltage converter and millivoltmeter connected in cascade so that the power supply source and the device for measuring electric current are set in series with their outputs connected with the active and neutral electrodes. Newly introduced features are electronic switch, electric pulses polarity selection unit, electronic switch signals control autogenerator. The electric pulses polarity selection unit is installed between the current-voltage converter and millivoltmeter. The electronic switch is included into the circuit break between the power supply source and device for measuring electric current to provide for power supply source to be disconnected from the corresponding lead of the device for measuring electric current and connected to the common bus during the time period the power supply source is switched off. Autogenerator output signal which output is connected to the electronic switch control unit leads to set electronic switch switching cycle duration. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in evaluating psychophysical state parameters; improved accuracy of diagnosis. 3 dwg
