FIELD: filtration materials. SUBSTANCE: invention, in particular, relates to porous polymer films that can be used for filtration, analyses, and purification of a variety of media in microbiologic, biochemical, and other industries. Cellulose acetate mixture is dissolved in organic solvent containing precipitator and plasticizer. Solution is filtered, deaerated, and applied on moving surface through clearance between extrusion nozzle cutter and moving surface. The cutter is provided with screen positioned in parallel to surface at a distance of 2 to 15 cm from the latter. Solution under- screen passage time is 2 to 20 min. Resulting membranes are characterized by narrow pore distribution and 1.1:1,5 ratio of maximum to average pore sizes. EFFECT: facilitated film manufacturing operation. 3 ex
