SUBSTANCE: composition based on return emulsion as dispersion medium contains liquid petroleum product with flash point not below 50 C, density at least 830 kg/cu.m, freezing point not exceeding 45 C, and viscosity at 20 C no higher than 3.5 MPa.s. In this petroleum product, one dissolves, as emulsifying component, crude, degassed, and not treated with demulsifier heavy asphalt-tar petroleum with high (at least 100 mkg/g) content of metal-porphyrin complexes in amounts 1.0 to 5.0 wt.%, after which, in formed hydrocarbon colloid-disperse solution, one gradually emulsifies fresh and/or formation water or different-density aqueous salt solutions in amounts providing constant, equal to 70 vol %, content of dispersed phase in resultant return emulsion.
