FIELD: erection of buildings of various purpose. SUBSTANCE: enclosure is made in the form of at least a single module, formed by a closed air space limited by lateral surfaces and closing surfaces around the edges, and separated into intermediate spaces by means of at least two thin, flexible partitions. The lateral surfaces are arranged transversely to the direction of heat flow. The intermediate spaces are provided with separating diaphragms. The closing surfaces are formed by a frame made of strips for fastening with the aid of the latter around the edges of the lateral surfaces and partitions. The modules are combined into a panel for making the lateral and closing surfaces common ones. EFFECT: simplified manufacture and erection, reduced cost and weight, improved heat-insulating characteristics, reduced transport expenses. 19 cl, 15 dwg
