FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: balcony can be used in buildings of various types. Balcony has balcony deck for example of framed design and railing. Balcony deck by one of its sides is fastened to external surface of wall of building or structure by means of at least two anchors. Each of anchors is inserted though opening made in wall of building such as for example at ceiling level and close to side wall of dwelling premise. Each hanger can be axially shifted and is secured inside premise. Aforesaid embodiment of balcony allows for more reliable fastening of balcony to wall. It simplifies erection of balcony, adds to useful floor area of premise, improves sound-insulation characteristics of building and its architectural appearance. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 11 cl, 4 dwg
