FIELD: building, particularly window unit production, repair and reconstruction. SUBSTANCE: window unit has cross- frame, which is non-detachable in windowpane plane, outer windowpane and inner windowpane mounted into frame and defined inner chamber. Light-reflecting screen made as curtain is located into inner chamber. Curtain has drive arranged inside room. Inner chamber is hermetically sealed and connected with atmosphere through channel formed in cross-frame. Filter member is installed into the channel. Inner frame surface is protected by airtight coating. Windowpanes are secured into frame by sealing material. Curtains may be removed from inner chamber and re-installed into inner chamber through orifice sealed by airtight lid. Drive leads extending from inner chamber into room are sealed. Window unit according to the second embodiment has cross-frame, which is non-detachable in windowpane plane, outer windowpane and inner windowpane mounted into frame and defined inner chamber. Light-reflecting screen made as curtain is located into inner chamber. Curtain has drive arranged inside room. Inner chamber is hermetically sealed and connected with atmosphere through channel formed in cross-frame. Filtering member is installed into the channel. Inner frame surface is protected by airtight coating. Windowpanes are secured into frame by sealing material. Curtains have members for tightening thereof. At least one curtain includes two layers divided by tightening member. Drive leads extending from inner chamber into room are sealed.
