FIELD: oil-well drilling. SUBSTANCE: device is designed for operation with flexible pipes in drilling of oil-well. Flexible pipe is made for control of operation of one or more tools found in well, and for supply of circulating fluid to well and to tool. Flexible pipe is wound on rotating bobbin and connected with pumping device for fluid circulation through the first hinged joint located at one end of bobbin shaft in which hydraulic pipes and electric cable located inside flexible pipe run to the tool found in well. Hydraulic pipes are connected with hydraulic mains through the second hinged joint at other end of shaft. Electric cable is connected with electrical cable duct through the third hinged joint at the other end of shaft. Each hydraulic pipe has length larger than that of flexible pipe part accommodating hydraulic pipes. They are arranged in the form of spiral lines inside flexible pipe. Located at external of flexible pipe is hydraulic joint made for connection with tools located in well and in which hydraulic pipes are connected with joint.
