SUBSTANCE: system and method of controlled introduction of a tubing string and a cable to a well shaft includes a fixed casing, a bypass cable block and a sealing assembly. The fixed casing has a duct interconnected with the well shaft, a seal surface and a cable opening formed in the side wall of the casing. The bypass cable block is installed into the cable opening and provides a sealed cable passage; with that, the cable bypasses the sealing assembly and the seal surface.
EFFECT: development of a method for controlled introduction of a tubing string and a cable to a well shaft.
