FIELD: thermal engineering. SUBSTANCE: power plant has gas turbine 2, exhaust-heat steam generator 6 connected downstream of the latter on its exhaust-gas side and provided with high-pressure heater 48 inserted in steam-water loop 8; it also has low-pressure section 4c of steam turbine 4; novelty is that heat exchanger mounted outside exhaust-heat generator 6 and connected with its primary-side input to output of high-pressure heater 48 and primary- side output, to input of the latter; on secondary side heater 48 is connected to transfer pipeline 38 incorporated in low-pressure section 4c of steam turbine 4. Combined-cycle process is as follows. Low-pressure stream flowing to steam turbine 4 is heated due to indirect heat transfer from partial flow ND of feedwater (ts) heated in high-pressure heater 48. EFFECT: increased efficiency of power plant and terminal power of steam-turbine generator. 10 cl, 1 dwg
