Condenser of gas-and steam-turbine plant, with steam generator connected to plant after gas turbine at flue gas side and using waste heat for its operation whose heating surfaces are included into steam- water circuit of steam turbine, is connected after steam turbine at side of steam and is cooled by sucked-in air supplied to gas turbine.
