The heat recovery steam generator with an inlet for spent gases, besides, between the inlet for spent gases and the first reheater in the direction of spent gases flow there is a heating surface, besides, a separator is connected to the heating surface at the secondary side, and the heating surface is made with the possibility of supplying with water at the secondary side. Also there is a gas steam turbine plant and the method to operate the heat recovery steam generator.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to achieve operation that spares the material even at highest temperatures of spent gases.
