METHOD OF FORMATION OF NORMATIVE PRESSURE OF LIQUID AND ITS FILTRATION Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

Abstract RU 2153101 C1

FIELD: domestic and industrial purposes. SUBSTANCE: method includes supply of liquid under pressure and its subsequent filtration. Stream of liquid is supplied thanks to cyclic flexure of restoring diaphragm of working section. Flow area of stream of liquid is changed in this case with the help of valve from zero to maximum and pressure in bottom part of vessel or receiver is tested simultaneously with valves open. Air space of receiver is set within limits from 10 and more volumes of space confined between two spheroidal surfaces. Automated transfer to mode of no- load in supply of liquid medium is provided with termination of supply of liquid from pressure pipe-line by pressure control system. Liquid is supplied under normative pressure after opening of discharge valve under maximum vibration of diaphragm and zero liquid ejection from receiver or pressure equal to productivity of pump. At the same time flow rate of supplied liquid is changed from zero to maximum. In this case normative pressure is adequately altered with emergence of pressure in working chamber of pump. To provide for balanced operation of working diaphragms of pumps valve communicating receiver, working vessel and working chambers of pumps is opened in advance. Cock coupling one auxiliary chamber as minimum of diaphragm pump of system of liquid supply is open to balance pressure in auxiliary sections of pumps. Fine cleaning of working medium is carried out between receiver and auxiliary vessel where tank to take in fractions of refuse, dispersive or larger in size, is placed. These fractions are directed into tank thanks to temporary shut-off of exhaust valve and of cut of section of pipe-line communicating receiver with auxiliary filtration vessel by another valve and due to simultaneous opening of valve and ejection of refuse from section of filtration trap. For isolation of refuse from environment its mass turns rotary frame of protecting device which returns to initial horizontal position automatically after fall of refuse. Transportation of refuse is provided by automated winch that opens door and throws sludge out. EFFECT: widened technological capabilities, increased service life and reliability of all units. 4 dwg
