FIELD: environment protection equipment, particularly for gathering oil and oil components in emergency or off-optimum situations by intermittent or constant collecting considerable layers of oil field.

SUBSTANCE: method for moving oil layer in container and separating thereof into oil and other components involves transferring automated floating mechanism including at least one pontoon with equipment providing floating mechanism movement in three directions to oil-slime area; static installing floating mechanism in floating condition in linear and vector coordinates on liquid medium surface; performing induction or liquid heating surfaces cooperating with moving oil-slime mass of pontoon slime accumulator section; collecting, depositing and filtering previously heated oil-slime or oil-slime heated during moving thereof; inclining receiving tray by 0.5 - 30o for feeding filtered oil-slime in mesh filter and in transport accumulation containers through suction siphon pipeline; simultaneous connecting accumulator containers with pump for feeding oil-slime. Oil-slime is heated to at least 38oC during suction, treatment, filtering and transferring thereof. Minimal efficiency of oil-slime preparation and transferring with velocity of oil-slime mass to be treated and waste materials is provided under ambient temperature equal to -25oC. Efficient preparing and feeding solid oil-slime is provided under -30oC temperature and with volumetric rate of 5 m3/h. When installed power of power drive is 55 kW/h productivity of liquid oil-slime preparation and transferring thereof to receiver is 30 m3/h. All above operations are performed by operators from outside of oil-slime area.

EFFECT: possibility to collect oil in stagnant areas, possibility to bring oil layer into liquid state for oil-slime collection and treatment.
