FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to diaphragm hydraulically driven proportioning pumps and it can be used in different branches of industry for proportional delivery of aggressive, toxic, explosion and fire hazard and other contaminated fluid, sludge contaminated and gaseous media. Industrial advantage of proposed technical decision comes to use of combined operation of chambers in which liquid is limited by normal pressure at elastic forcing off of diaphragm after outlet valve at closed and/or partially open valve, depending on capacity of working chamber of plunger or other type pump. Amount of liquid at idling is compensated by receiver which increases capacity of liquid proportional delivery unit. Economical efficiency of unit is based on increase of capabilities of diaphragm chamber volume of liquid in which is equal, minimum, to working volume of plunger pump during half-period of piston movement at feeding Ds.
EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities.
