FIELD: connection of pipe lines. SUBSTANCE: joint is of integral type which includes male member and female member at diameter close to diameter of pipes. Each member is provided with two shifted threaded sections in form of truncated cone with trailing at two ends which facilitates drawing together side surfaces in form of truncated cone and cylindrical surfaces. Central support is engageable with thread at negative angle of inclination, thus making the joint of male and female members stronger and two (inner and outer) ring-shaped zones of metal-to-metal tightening excluding penetration of liquid in threaded zones at the ends. Proposed threaded joint may be used for very deep wells when reduction of diameter of connection units makes it possible to reduced expenses for mounting such pipes and connecting them with other pipes. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of joint. 14 cl, 4 dwg
