FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves transplanting islet-shaped musculocutaneous flap of the broadest muscle of the back concurrently with elongating cartilages of finger flexors using autotransplant taken from broad femoral fascia. The muscle is moved in a manner that its muscular part is to be more proximal than the ulnar joint. Ring-shape ligament is formed in the region of ulnar joint.
