SUBSTANCE: create a tendon sheath from the blood supplied fascial flap taken on a thorax lateral surface, on a basis of thoracodorsal artery. Thus the flap 2-3 cm is longer than the place of a suture or plasty. Transfer the flap on a forearm and form a tendon sheath, shrouding round tendons with perimysium outside, and a smooth surface to the inside. Stitch flap edges, forming a tube. Stitch vessels of a flap with forearm vessels.
EFFECT: way provides creation of a strong and reliable tendon sheath on all its extent; depression of postoperative complications and reduction of terms of treatment.
