SUBSTANCE: method involves extraction of egg yolk phospholipids, dissolving egg phospholipids in organic solvent, drying thin layer of lipids in rotor condenser, addition of buffer solution, mixture shaking, treatment of lipid mixture by ultrasonic oscillation and centrifugation of the mixture. Baikal seal fat taken in required ratio is added to egg phospholipids before their dissolving in organic solvent. Invention can be used in production of drugs correcting immune system of body. EFFECT: creation of liposomal preparation with immunocorrecting properties.
