FIELD: chemical, petrochemical and allied industries. SUBSTANCE: device relates to devices used in conduction of heat, mass-exchange and reaction processes in gas (steam)-liquid system, conduction of liquid-phase exothermic and endothermic reactions, particularly, for distillation. The device has a receiver of circulation initial liquid, vertical tubular heat exchanger, separator of steam-liquid phase, receiver of secondary steam successively connected in line of steam-gas mixture. Vertical tubular heat exchanger is made in the form of heating tubes accommodating concentrically located multistage film-moving attachment in the form of central tubes of small diameter with holes spaced between rows. Attached above rows of holes are bushings with step inner diameter and installed in a spaced relation of inner surface of heating tube to bushing external surface and spaced relation of bushing internal surface and external surface of central tube. Upper part of central tubes has supporting-centering bushings and their lower part has centering ribs. Upper part of heating tubes has vertical slots. The device allows to increase production and economic efficiency, reduce specific power consumption, intensify heat-, mass-exchange processes, utilize waste steam of low-temperature potential after steam turbines, large- capacity units producing ammonium and methanol, or thermal power stations, reduce resistance of steam flow in tubular members of heat exchanger by a factor of two.
