FIELD: isotope separation. SUBSTANCE: invention is designed to form stable compounds containing carbon-13. Initial carbon dioxide is fed into countercurrent series of gas centrifuges. Gas filling of centrifuge rotors is set above 300 mcm Hg. Feeding-appropriate carbon dioxide can be synthesized from carbon with C-13 content 10-50%. Discharge pressure is controlled. CO2 is separated into two fractions: heavy fraction with elevated level of molecular masses 45-49 containing c-13 and light- weight fraction with elevated content of molecular mass 44 containing C- 12. Carrying capacity of heavy fraction discharge line is by 10-30% more than that of light-weight fraction discharge line. At consecutive countercurrent connection of series steps, separation effect in a single step is multiplied. On opposite ends of the series, light-weight CO2 component and heavy CO2 components are accumulated. To maintain light-weight fraction discharge proportion, feeding flow value is chosen such as to provide desired concentration of C-13 isotope and simultaneously provide maximum productivity of series centrifuges. EFFECT: increased productivity of process (at least twice). 3 cl, 1 dwg
