SUBSTANCE: to reduce the tug length and displacement, facilitate the process of its trimming to the even keel and prevent the effect of mechanical loads on the hull and propeller as far as possible, in the tug, having an inner hull with handles, propelling motor and a propeller system, made in the hull stern part is a longitudinal isolated cavity with a bulkhead, whose axis of symmetry is shifted downwards relative to the horizontal axis of symmetry of the inner hull. The propelling motor is installed in the isolated cavity within the longitudinal dimension of the hull. The tug is provided with skids-supports made integral with the handles installed at an angle to the lug longitudinal axis; the projection of the skid axis onto the diametrical plane and the line connecting the extreme lower points of the propeller and hull do not intersect within the tug dimensions.
