FIELD: devices for creation of lift forces; heavier-than-air flying vehicles. SUBSTANCE: casing of aerodynamic propulsor consists of two parts: upper taper part and lower disk-shaped part. Taper part has two holes in end face: hole of lesser diameter at the top and hole of larger diameter at the bottom. Disk- shaped part forms clearance together with taper part. Upper and lower part are rigidly interconnected. Impeller hub is rotatably mounted in lower part of casing. Impeller blades are located inside upper taper part of casing and are made with minimum clearance relative to its inner surface. Working surfaces of blades are perpendicular relative to plane of rotation of impeller. EFFECT: reduced overall dimensions of propulsor; simplified construction. 10 dwg
