FIELD: aircraft engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed vertical takeoff-and landing aircraft contains fuselage, landing gear, engine, vertical and horizontal thrust propulsors mechanically connected with engine, rudder and pitch and roll control surfaces. Fuselage is made in form of thin-walled cone with top downwards and base upwards, and 140-150° apex angle. Engine is arranged in central inside cone, cabin is located inside cone forward in direction of flight, vertical thrust propulsor is arranged in center inside, cone its axis coincides with vertical axis of cone. Horizontal thrust propulsor is arranged behind vertical axis of cone. Pitch and roll control surfaces are made in form of turnable plates arranged diametrically opposite of peripheral sections of cone and their axes of turning are square to direction of flight. Rudder is made in form of turnable plate arranged at top in rear part of cone.

EFFECT: improved safety of flight.
