FIELD: devices for motion of bodies in air and aqua media. SUBSTANCE: proposed propulsor has body in form of truncated cone widening downward which is located in lower portion of body and disk forming circular clearance together with it; blades are perpendicular to plane of disk; propulsor is also provided with bush for connecting blades with drive. Body is provided with cover having hole for suction of medium; blades are rigidly connected with disk. Body may be connected with blades through cover. Angle between axis and generatrix of cone may be equal to 10 deg for air medium and 25 deg. for aqua medium. EFFECT: increased load-carrying capacity of flying vehicle due to increased draft per unit of blade surface. 4 cl, 2 dwg
