FIELD: materials handling facilities. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has first housing and hydraulic motor forming working spaces with housing. Housing is provided with adjoining end face covers. Hydraulic main lines communicating with working spaces of hydraulic motor are made in upper cover. Turnable shaft coming out of lower cover is mechanically coupled with hydraulic motor. This shaft has inner manifold to deliver hydraulic flow to working member mechanisms, and fasteners. Device has second housing enclosing side outer surfaces of first housing and part of cover surfaces through hydraulic seals. Cantilever section of second housing in zone of enclosure of lower cover outer surface is provided with inner bead engaging through stop screws with cover surface. Opposite cantilever section of second housing is mechanically coupled with surface of upper cover. Coupling is made in form of resilient member arranged in open slots and closed over perimeter of second housing inner surface.
