FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: shock-absorber comprises sleeve having through guide screw-like grooves and filled with fluid, hollow shaft, piston having screw-like projections on the outer side, spring, tightening jacket which encloses screw mating of piston with the sleeve, and oppositely directed spring-loaded by-passing valves. The piston and hollow shaft define movable spline joint. The screw-like projections interact with the trough guide grooves. The screw-like through guide grooves can be non-straightline. The oppositely directed by-passing valves can be mounted inside the space of the shaft. Adjusting screws are set from both ends of the shaft to control pressing on the by-passing valves.
