FIELD: stationary electric lighting devices. SUBSTANCE: irrespective of design version, floodlight has main-reflector shaping and heat transfer device and auxiliary holes in side walls of its casing. Design versions differ in cooling device, lamp holding device or holding and vibration-preventing device, as well as in mechanical design of floodlight turning gear. Reflector manufacturing process includes dividing flat blank of reflector into parts to produce main and side reflectors. Main part of reflector is bent when inserted in floodlight casing over special tool that functions later on for heat transfer from main part of reflector. EFFECT: reduced power requirement for manufacture, improved heat transfer, facilitated maintenance. 12 cl, 8 dwg
