FIELD: lighting engineering; outdoor lights such as floodlights.

SUBSTANCE: proposed light has enclosed body with opening guard and attachment device; body accommodates central deflector and tilted side deflectors with holes to receive lamp unit whose size is large enough to deflect it on attachment device for lamp insertion and removal; attachment device is made in the form of plate with eye secured on pivot attached to inner surface of side wall of body; lamp unit socket is disposed behind side deflector and on opposite end of lamp fastening point there is lamp end holding device disposed behind other deflector. Attachment device of light is made in the form of bracket that has two posts mounted on common base and secured on outer surfaces of side walls of body with aid of coaxial attachment fittings installed at level of axial line crossing centers of gravity of body side walls; base-mounted posts are tilted through angle of more than 90 and up to 180 deg.; each attachment fitting in the form of threaded bush joined with bracket post by means of fastening bolt is coupled with frictional brake that has ring and intermediate bush with collar inserted in post hole and joined with threaded bush locked in position against spontaneous turning thereon. Proposed light is suited to large lamps of high power and its socket is free to turn through 360 deg.

EFFECT: reduced size of light, enhanced reliability of its attachment, enlarged angle of turn without shading light beam by base.
