FIELD: instrumentation engineering; pressure measuring devices with power compensation and spiral tube used as sensitive element. SUBSTANCE: working length of spiral tube is selected in such way that planes of cross sections bounding the working length form central angle of 270 to 290 deg and plane of cross section of beginning of working part found at pipe union forms angle of φ = 25-35° with axis of pipe union. Second end of spiral tube is connected with motion converter at point of intersection of central axis of spiral tube with plane of cross section of end of working part. Connection may be effected at any point located in direction parallel to axis of pipe union and passing through point of intersection of central axis of spiral tube with plane of cross section of end of working part of spiral tube.
