FIELD: optical instrument engineering. SUBSTANCE: the device has a fixed foundation, movable frame with a current winding, magnetic system in the form of two pairs of magnets, with magnets installed in opposite directions and towards each other, internal magnetic cores located between the magnets of each pair, the first and second magnetic cores and a deflecting element. The first external magnetic core is made with a magnetoconducting boss located symmetrically relative to the inner surfaces of the frame current winding and attached to the fixed foundation. The pairs of magnets of the magnetic pairs are installed on the opposite sides of the opposite external lateral surfaces of the frame current winding, the first and second external magnetic cores are installed opposite each other for contact with the unlike poles of the magnets of the magnetic pairs. The deflecting element is supported as a cantilever on the movable frame, whose half axles are secured inside the frame in the boss of the first magnetic core and provided with inserts of electrical insulating material. An insert of non-magnetic material is provided between the first external magnetic core and its magnetoconducting boss. The metal framework of the movable frame is made with a gap filled with electrical insulating material. EFFECT: enhanced speed of response and reduced overall dimensions. 4 cl, 1 dwg
