FIELD: radiation protection. SUBSTANCE: method of evaluation of shielding properties of radiation protective clothing consists in measurement of value of decrease of intensity of electromagnetic radiation in fixed points of space under clothing and in computation of average arithmetic mean of shielding efficiency and index of its variation. Configuration of shielding shell of radiation protective clothing close to each chosen point of space under clothing is changed at random before each next measurement. EFFECT: increased accuracy, authenticity and stability of evaluation of protective properties of radiation protective clothing. 2 tbl
