SUBSTANCE: method involves supplying bulk product into cylindrical housing of biaxial screw extruder with several heating zones; providing extrusion mixing of bulk material in the first group of heating zones so as to provide maximum melting time; providing extrusion mixing of molten bulk material from first group of heating zones to stopper with opening; providing extrusion mixing of molten bulk material from stopper opening to heating zone equipped with pressure regulating valve which provides minimum material melting time; providing extrusion mixing of molten bulk material from heating zone equipped with pressure regulating valve to heating zone equipped with gas exit channel providing minimum evaporation time for reducing moisture content in confectionery product to value less than 2%; at the final stage, providing extrusion mixing of molten bulk material from heating zone equipped with gas exit channel to extruder outlet end.
