SUBSTANCE: method includes duodenum mobilization; dissection of Treitz ligament; bringing down of duodenojejunal passage; crossing of duodenum in region of duodenaljejunal passage; embedding of duodenum proximal part to under supermesentarial vessels; formation of jejunum stump and bringing it through mesentery window of transverse colon to descending part of duodenum and jejunum and positioning of jejunum isoperistaltically; performance of two longitudinal dissections of serous membrane at distance of 2 cm from each other over 10-12 cm at level of middle third of duodenum descending part on its anterior surface and on side wall of jejunum; fixing of jejunum to duodenum by application of single sero-serious sutures in region of external edges of dissected membrane to middle third of duodenum inferior horizontal part; application of oblique-transverse side-to-side anastomosis to duodenum anterior semicircumference.
