FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to oncosurgery and can be used for surgical treatment of patients with stomach cancer. After formation of cuff-like esophago-intestinal anastomosis, with 2-3 cm indent from it, formed is reservoir from small intestine by application of long two-row interintestinal 10-12 cm long anastomosis between adducting and abducting segments of jejunum. Abducting segment is transected 4-5 cm below reservoir. Between small-intestine reservoir and short interintestinal anastomosis on adducting segment of intestine by means of serous-muscular sutures closure is formed.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to recover reservoir function of ablated stomach.
