FIELD: gynecology. SUBSTANCE: integrated treatment involving drug therapy and UV irradiation of blood (daily for 4-5 days) is terminated by reinfusion of 150-200 ml of autogenous blood cell suspension prepared by fractional plasma phoresis after incubation of plasma at 18-24 C for 20 min with single dose of antibiotic and 1.0 ml of adenosine triphosphate. Total course of therapy includes 4-6 procedures performed at 48-h intervals. Other antibacterial therapy methods are not simultaneously exploited. EFFECT: decreased doses of antibiotics and increased treatment efficiency.
