FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out effusion of 400 ml of patient blood into two flasks having 200 ml in volume each subjecting it to ultraviolet irradiation, applying centrifuging plasmapheresis of each flask. 1 ml of adenosine triphosphate and 30 mg of prednisolone are introduced into the cellular mass in one of the flasks. The produced mixtures are incubated and sequentially intravenously return the mixtures into the patient blood circulation drop-wise. Total treatment course is 4-5 sessions long with 24-h long pauses between the procedures. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
