Microporous crystalline metal phosphates possess basic framework structure, chemical composition of which reflects their synthesis mode and is defined by molar ratios of oxides expressed by formula mR(MxAlyPz)O2, wherein M is silicon, x+y+z=1, m varies from 0.02 to 0.3, R is at least one template agent, x=0-0.5, y=0.25-0.5, z=0.25-0.5, and wherein at least one chemically active of fluoride is present in effective quantity to obtain product. Material shows powder diffraction pattern characteristic of x-rays. Surface parameters of material make it appropriate for utilization as catalyst or catalyst carrier in processes of various-type hydrocarbon conversion and oxidative burning processes.
