Abstract RU 2154199 C1

FIELD: power engineering; pumping plants for oil producing industry. SUBSTANCE: plant has at least two hollow vertically orientated working cylinders 1 and 2 with working liquid, rotodynamic-type circulating pump 3 with delivery branch pipe 4 and inlet branch pipe 5. Working liquid is delivered into working cylinders 1 and 2 along pipelines 6 and 7 furnished with feed valves 10 and 11 with drives 8 and 9. Working liquid from cylinders 1 and 2 is drained along pipelines 12 and 13 furnished with drain valves 16 and 17 with drives 14 and 15. Handled mixture is supplied into working cylinders 1 and 2 along pipeline 18 and is let out along pipeline 19. Check valves 20, 21, 22 and 23 are installed on pipelines 18 and 19. Plant is furnished with programmable processor 24 with current inlet and outlet terminals 25 and 26. Flowmeter 27 with analog-to-digital converter electrically coupled with inlet terminal 25 of processor 24 is installed on delivery branch pipe 4. Drives 8, 9, 14 and 15 are electrically controlled through outlet terminal 26 of processor 24. When working cylinder 1 is filled with handled medium through pipeline 18, working liquid is delivered by pump 3 into cylinder 2, and handled mixture is forced out into pipeline 19. Each of working cylinders 1 and 2 is furnished with pressure pickups 28, 29, 30 and 31 electrically coupled with inlet terminal 25 of processor 24, pickups being installed in upper and power parts of working cylinders. EFFECT: simplified design of plant, reduced overall dimensions, enlarged range of scaling, provision of possibilities for plant capacity control, flow control and control of phase composition of handled mixture. 4 cl, 1 dwg
